Approached through the well-kept herb garden, visitors are welcomed by the handcrafted timber porch capped with dried heather from the hill at the top of the croft before stepping in to this cosy and luxurious cottage which appeals to both couples looking for a romantic getaway and small groups on an island adventure.

Today, ‘croft houses’ with their thick stone gables, simple layout of two rooms downstairs and two above either side of a central hall, and white painted exteriors are the ubiquitous architecture of the Scottish Highlands and islands.
Our Croft House is a little larger than many in the area and has retained the original exposed stone gable walls inside.
Far reaching views can be enjoyed from all parts of the house over Loch Snizort towards Trotternish and, northwards, to the isles of Lewis and Harris.
